We have 2 CNC routing machines with a size capacity of 6100mm x 2200mm.

The machines are able to cut many materials including aluminium, timber, acrylic, cardboard, plastics and rubbers. The machines are fitted with tool changers and cutting, marking and engraving and other machining operations are able to be carried out on most materials.

In all instances, before cutting parts we must generate computer data for the parts we wish to cut.

If you have a shape or part you wish to cut, you may supply us with a CAD file (*.dwg or *.dxf). We prefer DXF files, as they convert easily into our cutting programs.

We cut a large amount of aluminium, mainly for our extensive range of boat kits, but also for componentry for the automotive and transport industry.
